The birthday of the Nine Emperor Gods falls between the first and the ninth day of the ninth lunar month. This comprise of the Beidou (Seven Northern Stars), as well as the hidden stars – Auxiliary Star and Purple Nine Star. The ninth day is the day of the Chong Yang Festival (aka “Height Ascendance Festival”) which is also the “Day of the Elderly”.
Master Yogi Zhang Bu Sheng will conduct a Buddhism and Taoist ritual and will recite the Great Beidou Life Extension Scripture (Beidoujing) to pray and remove all kinds of obstacles including disasters, marriage, relationship problems and so on.
