Gōngqǐng shí fǎ jiè yīqiè zhòngshēng, tǐnèi tǐwài yīqiè zhòngshēng, tóngbù xiūliàn (Repeat 3 times)

3.持咒 Mantra Recitation

唵，摩由羅，訖蘭帝，娑婆訶 (最少 5 分钟)
Om Mayura Grande Swaha (Recite at least 5 mins)

4.感谢 Give Thanks

感谢十法界一切众生，体内体外一切众生，同步修炼。(重复 3 次)
Gǎnxiè shí fǎjiè yīqiè zhòngshēng, tǐnèi tǐwài yīqiè zhòngshēng, tóngbù xiūliàn (Repeat 3 times)

Recite the following completion content: To give gratitude to all sentient beings from the 10 realms, to all sentient beings inside and outside my body, May we practise together.

5A.回向 Dedication of Merits

愿以此功德，普及于一切。 我等与众生，皆共成佛道。(重复 3 次)
Yuàn yǐ cǐ gōngdé, pǔjí yú yīqiè. Wǒ děng yǔ zhòngshēng, jiē gòng chéng fó dào (Repeat 3 times)

May all the merits thus accumulated, be dedicated to all sentient beings. May all sentient beings and I, together attain Buddhahood. (Repeat 3 times)

愿以此功德回向于<你的名字> 的冤亲债主，愿众生离苦得乐，转生三善道，转生佛净土！(重复 3 次)
